I have dedicated my career to being a mortgage loan originator for the past 25 plus years. I have had the opportunity to see and experience many different markets over this span of time.  With these varied changes, being the best you can be requires the ability and focus to stay on top of all of the regulation and product modifications, in order to be able to educate and guide prospective borrowers.  I work hard to maintain a level of expertise that I would only require of someone that I personally would choose to work with myself.

My business encompasses a full array of borrowers and price ranges, and have an additional special niche with the military buyer and VA financing. I also spend extra time with my First Time Buyers going over the extra tax benefits of owning and how that savings can be put to immediate use.  Many times this information can make a difference in the borrower’s perspective of their “comfort payment” and how this tax savings can allow for more buying power than they thought.
