Work with your real estate professional to find the perfect home. Once you’re prepared to make an offer, your agent will craft it based on your selected price and terms. Throughout the search process, we’ll maintain close communication with you and your agent, issuing preapproval letters as needed.

You’re Under Contract!
Once you and the seller agree to terms, a contract is accepted. Please send your contract to your loan officer so we can get the official loan process started as soon as possible.
We will provide all the information you need to make a well-informed decision about locking in your interest rate. The loan estimate and federal/state disclosures will be sent to you. To proceed and order services, you must confirm your intent to proceed.

Your Loan is in Process
Our team will order the appraisal and title work. We will request any additional information needed for underwriting (homeowner’s insurance, updated documents, etc.)
An underwriter will examine your credit, employment status, and financial details to ensure you meet all the necessary criteria for final approval of the loan. Should anything else be required for final loan approval, we will reach out with the necessary items needed.

Your Loan is Approved!
Once an underwriter approves your loan file, your loan is clear to close! * Please note: A final verification of employment and a credit check will be conducted up until the day of closing to ensure there have been no changes to your employment status and no new debt has been incurred.
We will work with the title company to match exact fees for closing and issue a Closing Disclosure to the borrower. We will provide the final figures and information needed for closing. Please call the title company to verify how they will accept payment.

Step Eight
Closing Day!
This is the transfer of funds and ownership. You’ll meet to sign closing documents, so please remember to bring a valid photo ID. Once documents are signed and payment is accepted, you’ll receive the keys to your new home!
