Churchill Brown III

Church Brown Joined Home Savings and Trust Mortgage as a Licensed Loan Officer in 2021.

He is a NC native who graduated from Page High School in Greensboro, NC followed by Hampden-Sydney College. Church has a strong financial background as he previously spent 34 years in the Commercial Real Estate industry where he worked for Wachovia Corporation, Wells-Fargo Bank, and SunTrust Bank. Church has quickly become proficient in FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional Loans and he understands the importance of providing excellent customer service and 100% transparency in all aspects of the home financing process.

In his free time, Church enjoys hunting and fishing and spending time with his wife Beth and his two daughters Emma and Sarah.
