Kristina is a lifelong resident of Northern Virginia who recently planted roots with her 2 boys in the Fredericksburg area.  After graduating from Brooke Point Highschool and beginning her mortgage career in 2004, Kristina self-propelled her profession as a Senior Processor and Underwriter at Home Savings and Trust Mortgage in 2017. With over 18 years of experience in Senior Processing and Underwriting, Kristina is excited for the next venture in her mortgage career. As a promoted Senior Loan Officer, she is prepared to share with her clients her knowledge of all things mortgage-related and assist from application to closing.  Whether she is helping first-time homebuyers or seasoned homeowners, Kristina is eager to share her knowledge and expertise.

Kristina is well-versed in Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VHDA loan products. In her free time, she enjoys spending her time with her boys and can almost always be found on a football or soccer field.  Kristina is never too busy and is always ready and willing to help with all your home buying needs.
