Sam joined Home Savings & Trust Mortgage in 2024 after spending his first few years in the industry as a top producer with American Security Mortgage Corp. in Charlotte, North Carolina. His favorite aspect of being a Loan Officer is figuring out what makes the most sense for each person on their home financing journey. Everyone is different and uncovering the loan, product, and home that works best for each individual or family is immensely important. Whether someone is looking for their first home, refinancing, or expanding their portfolio, Sam thrives on open, transparent, and thoughtful conversations to help people achieve their goals.

After growing up and attending college in the Washington, DC area, Sam moved to New York City in 2011. He met his wife in the Big Apple and after a few years began to move back south; first back to Washington, DC and then to Charlotte, NC, where his wife, Sarah, is from. They live in Chantilly with their two year old son, Smith, and black-lab mix, Finn.
